How much are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is always free, while express shipping costs €7.90

In how many days will I receive my order and how can I track the shipment?
When you entrust your package to the courier, we will send you the information to track your shipment by email.
Remember that orders received after 1.55 pm are processed the following day.
The SDA courier generally delivers within 4-5 working days, while express deliveries within 24/48 (72h for the islands)

What happens if I am not present on the day of delivery?
The courier will make a further delivery attempt approximately the following day. If it is not possible to deliver the order, it will remain at the post office closest to you.

Is it possible to ship abroad?
Yes, it is possible to ship abroad.

Is it possible to receive the gift box and/or greeting card?
Sure, just choose the option during the purchase. The items will be packaged individually and it will be possible to choose and personalize your greeting card. The service is totally free.

If I have ordered several products and have requested gift wrapping for each one, how will I be able to distinguish them?
Don't worry, each gift box will have a stamp with a number. It will then be enough to compare that number with the identification number of each product that you find on the shipping note.
